Have you had the Hydraulic system bled correctly 100% for sure? Maybe get a second set of hands on it to be positive?

If you have replaced all of that I'm at a complete loss.

thinkso?? thats what the mechanics tell me to try..they think new clutch might do it..cus PP or something in the clutch mechanism could be messed up

is replacing the syncros really basically like having a new tranny?

cus for some reaosn in the back of my mind replacing doesnt seem like it would fix it....

im going to try it but damn just worried it wont work

WAIT.

Did you replace the slave cyl?

Sometimes the slave cylinder as it wears, it forms a nipple, where it contacts the fork.

You can grind down the nipple to make it smooth-sometimes the nipple 'binds' up and causes shit like that to happen.

Just my 2cents.

After I did that + clutch bleed + redline MTL (overfilled to 2.0quarts, not the spec'd 1.8) The transmission got amazingly slick. until the Master cyl started leaking and I had to replace it.

Yep, as long as I bled it beore I drove it, it drove great until the fluid leaked out again (wasnt a BAD leak).

Sorry I wasnt more help. Let us know if the PP/flywheel/clutch fixes things!
