Angry Interior wiring harness swap

How much of a pain would it be to swap the interior wiring harness in a MY01? I have been trying to find the source of a parasitic draw for about three years now and finally bit the bullet and went to war with it. I am losing this war as the previous owners (four of them, no ability to contact them) installed so much aftermarket crap. So far I have pulled out the stereo, a box with an antennae attached, a gps tracker, and the Honda alarm system. A lot of this stuff looks like it was installed by a four year old (see attached pictures) and now car won't start anymore (big surprise.) I have no clue where to even start and figured it may be easier to start from scratch. If anyone has insight or has done this before please let me know.

GPS tracker

This goes to the radio controls

"oops too short"

This cable is bridged to a cable in the climate control cluster

Weird box with antennae.

sadly unless you find a junker or a takeout dash its less hassle to just repair it.

also , that blue/white thats got the heavy wire twisted inline is the starter wire.

Even with something like this?

There are so many wires that aren't where they're supposed to be and haven't been able to find a diagram showing what should and shouldn't be where.
Thanks for the quick reply.

that's a good price. you'll have to remove the entire dash assembly to swap it. i'd mark and pull the wheel even though you can just lower it. its less hassle. also be careful around the ac/heat boxes. there are actuator arms that you do NOT want to damage.

Did you pull each fuse to narrow down what system is causing the draw?

i think at this point they just want it back to non destroyed. it looks like someone took a weedeater and stuck it under there.

I'm pretty sure the draw came from the tracker, but yes, you are correct that I just want it not the way it is.

i had many a vehicle come in like that i spent hours putting back to stock. it was always " there's already an alarm, so it should be EASIER to do right?"

no, it takes me twice as long because i have to un-**** it first.

I realized while digging around that the alarm was its own harness and it was all plugged into the old harness. Pulled it and plugged everything back in and the car starts. There are still some suspicious wires that I don't know what they do but I just plugged them back in in a better fashion than the previous owners. Hoping the draw is gone, if it isn't it is getting a killswitch under the dash instead of the one that is currently under the hood. Happy I didn't have to get a new harness.
