Since I never have anything better to do than surf the internet.
I have found something interesting. Is like the "tornado" thing but a little bit more promising.

The Web Site

FAST Air Filters are equipped with a built-in 30,000 RPM electric turbine inside that produces a tremendous boost in air velocity which adds up to 10+ more horsepower than the competition--with a flip of a switch. FAST Air Filters are Dyno tested for durability and performance in accordance with proper use and installation. FAST Technology's patented design will NOT restrict the airflow, because the air turbine is NOT located anywhere in the AIR INTAKE TUBE. FAST Technology's air turbine is built in the AIR FILTER and NOT in the AIR INTAKE TUBE. As the engine breathes, it uses a lot of energy sucking the air on the outside. The FAST Air Turbine PRODUCES and ADDS MORE AIR to the air intake tube so that the engine can breathe EASIER and breathe MORE amount of air for the same amount of energy it uses. This is FAST Technology's "SPOON-FEEDING" design.

Since I need to change my air filter soon, I am willing to try this new product since is only $69.95 plus the shop is local to me (really local).
After all, any filter out there cost around $60 and if it doens't do what they claim to do then oh well. But, I can still use the filter. So what do you guys thing?

Hah, I STILL have not dyno'd my electric SC (almost the same thing) but I have left it in my filter with no noticeable losses. I havent even used it since my tranny problem. Hmmm Ill have to do that. (Dyno that is)

I'm interested. I don't think it would work, because there are too many curves between the air filter and the intake valve (and also, if it's not in the air intake tube, wouldn't it just create turbulance, rather than increased velocity?)

I'd really like to know any dyno results.
