Most thermal gaskets are not easily compressed, hence the potential for leakage.
Almost all Honda engine gaskets are made for single use only, outside of the valvecover and sometimes the throtle body. I get a good laugh out of people trying to sell used head gaskets in the For Sale forum.

My throttle body gasket was caked on. Already ordered one of those too.

My throttle body gasket was caked on. Already ordered one of those too.
Oh the factory throttle body gasket is a bloody mess, but the replacement ones don't tend to stick and you can usually get away with re-using it if you ever need to remove the TB in the future.
