don't be so hard on me - not everyone spent 4 years studying mechanical engineering and internal combustion engines...
this why i ask experts.

as to you last questions - IMO only FI.
I am by no means an "expert". Everything I've learned, I learned on my own accord, with zero schooling. I still stand by what I said in my previous post. This is to much info to learn in one thread. I'd recommend reading "How to tune and Modify engine management" by Jeff Hartman. He goes over the basics of a motor, basics of OEM computers and a little into tuning theory.

100% VE can be achieved all motor. Although, the down side is a typically "peaky" motor. Endyne(sp?) claims they made 137% VE with an all motor F20.

You say there is so much misinformation on this thread, but everything you are saying looks like it is from, or speculated from reading the Wikipedia article, including how Endyn build a N/A motor with 137% VE. What exactly do you find misleading? Do a search on Honda Tech of Larry Widmer of Endyn. There is strong evidence to support that a lot of his claims are misleading, and that he doesn't own most of the equipment he claims to own, but rather contracts out a lot of his services.
