Intake cam seized, wtf

how is the cam wheel bolt?

maybe something wasnt put together correctly

cam wheel bolt was loose but it was loose last time this happened, which assume will be loose when a cam seizes cause it will cause the key in the sprocket to break to prevent damage to the motor.
