Would've been nice if we had an oil pressure guage from the factory, like the cheap cars.

You are so right. I've had my oil pressure gauge for a while now and it's one of the more useful mods I've done. If you're interested, have a look:

I had the dealer replace the oil bolts and at the same time install a baffled oil pan. They charged me 4 hours labor. Only tricky part is to make sure that the sprayer is properly aligned in its notch .

that is the honda part number for the oil jet bolts? I am making sure because I have looked at the part number for that piece on both MY01 and MY03 and the part numbers are the same!!! does this mean that honda simply revised the part and any replacements will be the NEW style? also... how many are there? 1 per cylinder?

I think that part# is correct. 4 total, one for each cyl.
