There has been some issue with the OEM bottom bolts not going through the welded nut on the Koni. Some have felt the threads were different but another member here got them to work by bending the attachment flange a little.

Psycho, I moved the rings by using an internal snap ring plier with flat blade ends to slightly spread the rings. There may be another way to do it, maybe someone else will chime in? Also, be advised that the threaded end on the top of the Konis is larger in diameter than the OE shocks, and won't fit thru the OE washers which are bonded to the upper mount bushings, (called pillow block mounts?). I ended up drilling them out so they'd slide over the Koni ends. No big deal, but a little time consuming as there a 8 of them to drill. Sorry, can't remember the drill size. Hope this helps.

is there any other way to move the clips?
and how much should i adjust the shock? the instructions say something about +180, or ++360 and so on. whats a good setting so i can do it before hand. this is just a daily driven s2k.
