hmmmm....didn't know that i need a aem wideband to install the vafc2. That's good to know. I am pretty sure the setting is pretty much similar to the vafc(first version). Thanks TitusS2k
Personally im buying a PLX wideband and fiberglassing it in behind my cupholder, then also flushmounting in my VAFC2.

The reasoning behind buying a wideband is to monitor your AFR's when street tuning to make sure you dont lean out too much and pop your motor. And whats also nice about buying an AEM now is you can intagrate it in with your standalone later if thats what your plans are!

My mods right now are Rick's header....rs*r exhaust....comptech tp and dual air-ram run straight to the IM from under the car.

Hi, i am just installing the vafc2 along with the frog-harness...plug&play. Anyway, i searched the vafc2 setting and all i could find was the library of the vafc setting and so i go by the vafc(first version) setting. My car started but it won't hold the idle and die off on me. If i hold the gas then it will start right up....but if i let off the gas then it died on me....
And so i unpluged the whole thing and plugged back the stock and the car started up fine. If anyone are using the vafc2 on their S....can you show me your setting....i would appreciate very much....thanks.

From what i have seen VAFC's as low as 85$ where as most SAFC's hold their value on most forums... my .02 cents.

I just installed mine last month and all i did was set all the settings to 0 and
(following borrowed from another post....which i used)
sen type: 06 , 06
Car sel: 4 , arrow up and to the right
Graph Scale: (these are just display related, they don't make the car run any different)
Pr: 1.0 kg/cm2 (I'm SC'd but either way)
Ne: 10000 rpm
Cr: +-3%
Sen check:
Pres: ~2.8V engine off
Throt: ~0.25 - ~4.4 (Idle - floored) do the self learn procedure (10 sec off, 10 floored to set the range, check it /w the monitor function after)
