installed softtop... major problem

Sorry to hear that. Luckily it is an easy fix. The problem for me was that i had wrapped it around the bows incorrect. You do not need to take the top off completely for this. Fold top halfway down. Remove screws in front so that you can fold the top back. And then wrap it around the bows in a different way. In my case i had folded the rear of the top into the wrong bow. Which caused the top to stretch way to much and not being able to close all the way.

You could also. Take front screws off and take the top out of the bows. Then put the screws back on in the front without using the bows. and see if the top will latch completely. If not. You might have damage to the top frame

EZ on tops are not formed in the corners, they have to be glued.

Never again will I do an EZ top.
I've used one as well and am of the same opinion. Never again!
