Check your abs sensor wires to make sure you didn't pinch one. Also, check your seatbelt retractors to make sure they are firmly plugged in.
The ABS sensor wires are just in front of the rear legs:
You should also check around the bulkhead that was taken loose to make sure you didn't pinch any wires when re-installing it. I pinched an aftermarket alarm wire and caused a short that filled the car with a nasty cloud of smoke when I tried to start the car.

That connector is for the hardtop defroster i believe...its not used if you have no hardtop and has nothing to do with your problem....I would check the roll bar where it is secured to the car....you may have pinched/crunched a wire harness and causing a short.

well... i disconnected the battery trying to re-set it and ecu and nothing...
so i thought maybe since it had been disconnected thats why it thinks it isnt working. So i drove it to maybe let thge system know its owkring okay, and with a few hard brakes . the code went away/

ABS, and SRS DTC (not sure about VSA) will not clear themselves with an ECU reset. The must be shut off individually. You can check and clear ABS, and SRS DTC's with a paperclip. You can check both ABS and SRS DTC's by using the "jumper trick" from the Ultimate Check Engine Light Thread. There are seperate procedures for clearing them. The SRS light is cleared via the MES connector located inside the cabin fusebox. The ABS I think is cleared with the DLC "jumped", don't remember off the top of my head, but if there is no problem they can both be cleared with a paperclip. There are good directions for clearing the SRS light in the FAQ section of S2000 talk. For the ABS you need to look the procedure in the Helms. It's titled Clearing ABS DTC's SCS method. The SCS method is the one where a paperclip is substituted for the PGM-Tester.
EDIT:I thought you had an SRS DTC also, whoops. All your lights went off on their own, even the BRAKE indicator light?
