Default Installed new rotors today but left these black streak marks on the rotors...

Anyone know how I can get rid of these black streak marks on my rotors? Will these come off eventually? What are these? Brake pad or black brake goo? Rear rotors don't have these.

This is how they looked before I drove on them.

OEM pads front and Hawk pads in the rear. We used brake quiet(black goo) that OEM front pads came with. Could it be that or is that stuff from the brake pad itself? Brakes awesome but don't particularly like the look of these marks. Can I just sand these off with fine grit sandpaper?

Can't be as you can see from 2nd pic, it's nice and clean but after test driving it these marks showed up.

Dude, nothing on the rotors are going to withstand all the friction that they take. They'll just come off.

They will. The pads and rotors take a tremendous amount of friction... more than a piece of sandpaper could ever hope to inflict. Don't worry.
