Default Installed new clutch now clutch won't disengage

Hey guys I pulled my motor and tranny and dropped a new one in and I put a new clutch and fly wheel in while I was at it. Got done with everything and started it up and my clutch will not disengage. Tried bleeding the whole system and still stuck. Pulled the slave cylinder and the clutch fork will not come out it. So I am wondering if I put it in wrong??? The slave does move it but only about half an inch back and forth. Any ideas anyone
