Default Inside transmission looks rusted

The clutch fork looks really rusted, and inside the tranny it looks a little rusted aswell.

Also i pulled the clutch fork out by accident. Shouldnt be a problem to line it up right?

the input shaft may be rusted a bit but its not a concern at all.

It will pop right back in.
