Inteligentleman

I was able to push the top wire on the solenoid on better, but other than that it seems the setup is correct (to my very inexperiened unkeen eyes). Perhaps it is this wire loom that was shredded as it connects to the solenoid


The silver wire is completely shredded in half and the red wire is halfway there.
Any ideas on if thats the case and what it would cost to have someone fix it?
