I swapped my friends injectors with mine due to misfiring. That was the problem. I swapped them back and later put his back in (due to having wrecked his car) but the motor was sitting in a garage for 6-8 months. It still has a misfire. The injectors had maybe 90-100k miles on them? And the CEL came on for faulty injectors. should i go them cleaned? add fuel injector cleaner? or buy a set with lower miles?

Injectors typically don't wear out, but they can get gunked up.
