Injector connectors
My 2002, 139,000 mile, S2000 developed a fuel leak from the top of the number 4 injector. I obtained the requisite new seals but during dismantling two of the clips which attach to the injectors broke. My car is completely standard. The usual parts suppliers only offer a complete engine harness for $513 which I neither need nor want. Searches of this board and general internet searches have failed to reveal information about which of the many such connectors which are available is the correct one for my car. If anyone has the part number and/or a source of supply for this item I would be most grateful for that information. Thank you.

I know I have seen threads that cover this. Where to get the connectors, what paet number, etc.
I believr Ballade carries them as a kit. Iirc, their kit price was a bit higher than you could find the parts yourself, but at this point just getting a kit that you know will fit might be worth a little extra cost to you than searching around.
So check out Ballades website (I don't have a url, but it should be easy to find).

Thank you for your suggestion. Ballade shows a kit to repair the connectors which plug into the ignition coils but doesn't show one for the injectors. As you mentioned, I would happily pay a little extra in order to be sure that I was getting the correct items but I cannot find anyone who lists them specifically. With our vehicles getting older and high mileage I would think that there are many of us with these plastic connectors, tucked in where they are, which have deteriorated. I will keep searching and, when I find them, I will post the information here for the benefit of others.

I think these are the correct ones: https://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/pr...oducts_id/2195
Here is another source that might be cheaper: Sumitomo HX .040 - .090 Connector and Terminals

When one of mine broke, I ziptied it down around the injector. Same way the zip tie around the MAP works. Never had an issue and it doesn't wiggle at all.
I have a spare engine harness for cheap if you want to cannibalize though.

Oops, you are correct, I am misremembering. It was the coil connectors I am thinking of.
It would be great if we can find a solution to replacing the injector connectors as well!

Thank you to all who replied. I think that I have found the correct connectors and have ordered them. If they are not correct I will continue the search. If they are I will report the details here for the benefit of others.
