I'm retarded... made stupid mistake
Today I was cleaning out the battery tray of my S (recently got a new battery (odyssey pc680)) and when I went to put in the new battery, I mistakenly dropped it in so that the negative terminal was by the positive wire and so forth. I didn't realize this (yeah, I am retarded) and went to put on the terminals. I slid the first one on, then as soon as I went to put on the second one, the moment the negative wire touched the positive terminal, my horn sounded and there was a spark(s). I then realized how retarded I was and switched it to the proper way. I tightened them up and went to start my car and I have not a bit of power. Nothing. I hooked my battery up to a tender (still installed the proper way on the car) and nothing. The tender reads that the battery is fully charged.
Not sure what to do now, or how gravely stupid this mistake was. Honestly, I probably do not deserve such a car after a stupid f&^%ing mistake like this.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Pretty sure you blew the 100amp fuse that is in the underhood fuse box. It is the type of fuse that is held in place with two Philips screw bolts. Luckily you can pick up replacements at most auto parts stores. It's an easy fix and you shouldn't have any other damage.

Mistakes happen. Fortunately for you, Honda (and proabably ALL other motor companies) understand that there's a lot of people out there that do not understand current flow AT ALL and hence have put in safety guards to prevent frying your entire car's electrics from doing just this.
So you're probably G2G on just having to change the main relay fuse. Thank your Honda engineers

So I have a couple of questions. Is the main fuse relay the one that "Fusion" says is a 100 amp with the two phillips bolts? I am not with my car at the moment, so I am trying to understand where the main relay is exactly.
I was able to find a diagram of a primary fuse-box of a CR online... http://www.autofuseboxdiagram.com/13...e-box-diagram/
Is it the same as an 2005 S?
I see two of the ones with phillips head bolts. I assume it is the one on the center, on the diagram #24 100 A Battery?
I also found this picture... https://www.google.com/search?q=s200...2F%3B640%3B480
I never do any electrical stuff on my car so any help is welcomed and appreciated.
