I've had my S a couple weeks now and I thought the running temperature was just fine until I read some articles on here. From what people say 4-5 bars is normal and I'm running 7-9. I do live in Florida and it's been 80-95 degrees and 95% humidity. Is this normal?

you are good my friend, its the normal place it has to be at
3-4 bars at ap1 maybe because they have different gauge, 4-5 is way too low for ap2 unless the engine is cold

Yeah, normal for an AP1 is 3 bars.
