Ignition barrel - dash or instrument harness

Ignition barrel - dash or instrument harness
Can someone tell me which harness it is that connects the ignition barrel and transponder to the ecu? - Is it the dash harness (with the fuse box) or the instrument harness? (Note: these pics were borrowed from another post)
