idle drop. close to stalling. help...

We tried resetting the ecu, but that did not stop the problem. We did as people suggested in their responses, but still did not rget rid of the problem.
We decided to just go ahead and do a valve adjustment and......the problem no longer exists. Actually the car idles and is running a lot more smoother now.

When you reset the ECU did you perform the "Engine Idle Learn Procedure"? Even if you did it can freak out for a couple days. When it stumbles and tries to stall don't try to catch it or correct it with throttle, just let freak it out. They seem to learn after a little while if that's the problem. Mine still stumbles occasionally but never when warm like I was saying. I'm gonna try Billman250's silicone dielectric grease suggestion and see if it eliminates even that.
