Default Idle at 500 RPM or below, car is undrivable

Really need some help on this. I will try to explain the situation in as much detail as possible.

So earlier in the week, I started rewrapping my engine wiring harness (specifically the wires to the fuel injectors, MAP sensor, and throttle position, and I think the crankcase in front of Cylinder 1 fuel injector). Well I decided to replace the tacky cheap plastic covering and tape with some high-temperature wire mesh, which required removing the connectors to slide over the wires. I took detailed notes on all wires so they would be replaced exactly as before. So today, as I finish up hooking up the connectors, I start it up, and as the description says, the car has a very low idle and the Check Engine Light is on. The CEL codes are as follows:

P0123
P0223
P0108
P0335

The engine turns over about 10 times before firing. Then, the engine runs fine (raised idle at startup for warming up the engine) for about 20 seconds, but then dips to about 500 rpms and stays there. When given gas, the rpms seem to jump up and down from about 700-200 rpms. The above CELS all seem to refer to low throttle position/low manifold pressure. I have an OBD-II scanner, which allowed me to run a few diagnostic steps before posting here. I have verified that the throttle position seems to function correctly (at idle, its about 15% open), and the MAP sensor is reading the correct atmospheric pressure and reduces when the engine runs, as it should.

Like an idiot, I did not disconnect the battery or remove the 7.5 A fuse to disconnect the ECU before removing the connectors, and I am fairly certain (though I was trying to be careful) that some of the leads, such as the fuel injector leads did in fact touch. While working on this project, the key was on I so I could listen to the radio. Could accidentally shorting the leads cause a malfunction?

I'm looking for any insight whatsoever on this problem. To me, its like the car starts up, runs preset parameters, and then when that is done, the ECU gets lost and doesn't know how to adjust itself. My initial guess was a bad MAP sensor, but that works fine. So now I am wondering if I shorted something in the ECU. Car is a 2006 model. Thanks in advance!

Edit: here is the video of the engine running. The accelerator was not touched during the entire video.

Seems like a vac leak no?

I wouldn't think so as I didn't remove any vac lines. CEL light is not flashing and the VSA light is on. Tried driving around the block. Gave it constant gas but the car would stay at 500, then it would jump to about 2000 then go back down. Pulled into the garage, it stalled. Not too much brake pedal travel, but I think that's because the engine vacuum is low at low idle. Also, the exhaust smell is much more potent. I'm not sure how else to describe it. Any other ideas?

The alternative is that something isn't connected properly. MAP sensor would do this.

MAP Sensor works. My thinking is that I shorted the fuel injector connectors. I have the battery unplugged, ECU fuse out, key out of the ignition and I have about 0.33 volts on the fuel injector leads. Shouldn't that be zero?

Have you try check the throttle position on the scan tool with the ignition switch on? There should be approx. 6% when the throttle is fully close and approx. 90% when the throttle is fully open.

Didn't want to leave you guys hanging on this. Really appreciate the help you all gave me. So it turns out the Crank Position Sensor was shorted and caused all of the problems. Replaced the sensor, car runs great again!

Thanks again for all the help!
