Default I want to lowered my car with swift spec r spring?

Is there any rubbing and what kinda alignment setting should I set too? Thanks.

No rubbing. As for alignment, what your intended use? Track? DD?

Go with a Euro Spec alignment = aggressive end of the OEM alignment specs.
