Default I think my car misfired?

I got up for school, turned on the S. The engine was cold and I waited about 45 secs to leave. I left slowly down the street and the car kinda surged felt like too much gas or something. It was almost like when you let the clutch out to quick and the car jumps and jumps. But it was caused by the engine. Anyways, then a big cloud of smoke came out of my exhaust. I pulled over checked oil... ok. Got back in and drove to school. It was fine till I got to 3 bars of heat. Then it did the same thing again. Both times just partial throttle. Another big cloud of smoke. Drove fine to school, and now I'm home and it was fine. No CEL?? What gives. I made an appointment with Honda for Thur. cause my warranty is up in 3000 miles. What should I ask them/ tell them I want done??
Thanks for reading. Oh, I have AEM CAI, Spugen dual Ti, and VAFC.

Jonathan
P.S. I am turboing my car as soon as the warranty expires.

I'd target the VAFC and since you have one, they might not honor warranty.
As far as what to tell them, why not tell them what you just told us here? As for what you want done, since you don't know what's wrong, it would be a bit hard to tell them what to do. Isn't that why you would take the car to them? So they can decide for themselves what to do?

Oh, Thanks. What could be wrong with the VAFC?

I'd check into all the connections and re-check the settings after that. Connections can corrode, come loose or fall apart.
