Won't really make a difference. Add some oil and driving it around and do a compression test. Post the numbers here.

Bent valves. STOP DRIVING IT! Your retainers have cracked as well and its only a matter of time before one lets go and the valve drops and trashes the bottom end.

Ap1 or 2. What mileage?
Have you done the retainer upgrade if you have an ap1.

Both of those conditions, mis-shift and high rev driving with low oil could, and possibly did result in catastrophic damage.

Stop driving it.

Are you mechanical enough to perform compression test, inspect retainers, etc...?
AP1, 30k Miles. Not sure about the retainers. I know it's been serviced as it should. I will try to loosen the battery and refill the oil. Dunno if the ECU has problems reading when to fire etc when revving so high.
just pull the cel first then check the valves.

I'm sorry for beeing stupid, but i live in Sweden and what do you mean by CEL? Check engine ECU? or what is it? Thanks for all the help guys.

It's about $1,000 to get the replacement parts, and if you can install them yourself you'll save a nice chunk.

1. You're in Sweden.
2. You said you're going to take it to Honda?

It's gunna be a LOTTT more than $2k

And no offense, but 3 times you mis-shifted? That's pretty poor. I cannot believe the motor hasn't taken a dump yet with you needing a longblock swap. That's one of the major things that can (and often will) toss your lunch with this car (even worse for AP1's).
I'm not the best driver in the world but my advice is you learn how to drive a little better.

And also with AP1's, good practice is to check your oil OFTEN. As in at least once per fill-up, if not every 3 days or so. I always checked my AP1 cold every morning before work on a level surface (my garage).
