Default I need advice - the dealer damaged my S2K

Okay here's the deal. I take my S2000 to the most respected Honda dealership in town. I have taken there since I bought the car for all my service needs. Three weeks ago I take in for an oil and differential fluid change. I get a call an hour later saying that someone at the dealership backed my car into an SUV and damaged the bumper. The damage was somewhat minor, but none-the-less I'm pretty ticked at the incompetancy.

They know they have to replace the bumper, and I convinced them to replace the rear window (which was hazzy beyond repair) based on the notion that, "maybe the idiot couldn't see the freakin' SUV because the back window is too hazzy." I had been trying to get them to replace it under warranty for the past three months. Beyond that, when I picked the car up four days later, it had baked on glue from the window replacement all over the trunk and rear.

With that, my question is, "What else should I demand from the dealership to compensate me for the hassle (especially for having to drive a stripped down Civic for a WEEK), and for the damage?"

Any advice would be helpful.

Hiroprotaganist -

Thanks for the lead. Your thread was helpful. Sounds like a nightmare for you. Here's hoping it doesn't go that far in my case.

Almost every time I ever brought my car in to a dealer for any kind of service, they have managed to scratch something. It's inevitable... Murphy's law

Out of curiousity, has anyone tried to get their S serviced at an Acura dealer? Perhaps they're a little more used to dealing with higher end cars and the people that buy them? I know that there has been nothing but rave reviews for the acura dealer in San Antonio. Just curious. Thanks!
