I lost 5th gear!! Help!

Okay, my fluid is a reddish-brown color...nowhere near black. Still, the fluid will be changed to DOT 4 tomorrow and I'll post an update.
Also, 5th is getting easier and easier to use every time I shift
Hopefully I'll be as lucky as Tedster, but that never happens to me.

OK, since you guys seem to be even lazier than myself, I found the info on the TSB I was talking about (would have thought Tedster had this as a shortcut on his desktop, Hint Hint Ted, better keep this handy for potential future ref):

5) Performed TSB 02-046 (This is new that I didn't know about and not in s2ki.com faq list of service bulletins). Sorry if this was a known bulletin to everyone before and this is a repost but I never heard of this one yet. Maybe this supersedes TSB55? Pics of bulletin down below.
6) Performed "NOTE" from Honda for solution. Basically replace spindle nut on axle and torque to 220 lb-ft. Didn't know about this "NOTE" either. Pics of NOTE below.
I'm glad to say that they fixed everything intended and only charged me for the oil change. It took them 2-3 days to do.

RT: Your postings were very informative, and many of us truly appreciate the knowledge passed along on this issue. Although I don't have this problem, I find this type of information helpful in better understanding my S2000.
I hope you aren't offended by this but I sense sarcasm in your last several posts, as if to cut down Xviper and others for giving bad information. Everyone was genuinely trying to give constructive advice, and in this case, you knew something that the other posters were not aware of. Kudos to you for your help. Maybe you weren't aware of how you responded, but in the back of my mind I was thinking to myself, "Gee, it looks like RT has the answer to dave22's problem. Too bad the answer came from someone that is copping a 'tude".
One thing that I admire about Xviper (and Cdelena as well) besides the knowledge that he passes on to others is the fact that he doesn't try to cut other people down for trying to give constructive criticism. He's right most of the time, and even when he doesn't pinpoint the problem dead-on, he (and others) give great input that help greatly in my understanding of this car.
