Default I have a problem i cant solve....

ok so heres the deal guys and gals, i was having severe bogging under hard acceleration and moderate cruising. replaced my map sensor, everything is fine, now after a rain it has come back, im guessing the map sensor got wet so i cleaned it out and reset the ecu and were good again, im a little annoyed because i searched the forums and could not find anything on the full throttle bog, when i would floor it it would lose almost all power... in fact i would have more power at partial throttle than at full throttle....

any ideas?

I would get a hold of a good scan tool and see what the sensor input readings are.. That can point you in the correct path

its definetly not constant, changing the map fixed it for a while but then it rained for 2 days and got cold, i figured maybe a lil water got trapped in the map sensor chamber

Is the MAP sensor zip-tied down like it say's in the TSB?

i dont know if this will fix it ... anyways... i was wondering if you have a aem intake... cause if you do you might want to change it...

i dont know i have the same problem ... and for some reason one day i decided to change the aem intake ... all of a sudden my car runs fine non of the problem happen again...

i pretty much did everything.. ecu reset, map whack.. sensor change... after a while the problems comes back...

believe me sold my aem to buy the arc induction and sold that to buy a mugen....

just try it...

i know theres nothing wrong with your car...

I have a OEM intake (the whole kit) if you need one. I know you're local if you want to test it.
