I am telling you guys it is nothing to do with the slave or master or how I did it. Give me some other ideas please. Today it actually grinded coming out of first gear.

Im also haveing a very similar issue are you with the tranny, grinding 2nd gear. I had it pulled apart and looked at by 2NRWerks because I thought it was the 1- >2nd gear synchros or gears and per their inspection the synchros and gears looked pretty good, so Im lost as to what the problem could be, but maybe we could solve it together with what our outcomes are. Also i have the squeaky and sticky clutch pedal, the slave was wet and the master had spewed grease out underthe dash like the gasket had blown, so I had it replaced there, the mastaer and slave and the squeak and rough sticky shifting are still there.

I don't know what my issue can be. Me and Radfox went through a lot of shit, and it is one big a55 mystery. Maybe I ahve a bent shiftfork, but I don't know cause it is affecting all the gears not just one or two.

Today, RonnieB came over and we compared his clutch pedal, master and slave cylinder to mine and there was no difference in operation or travel. We even applied high temp grease to the input shaft and clutch fork and there was no change in the notchy-ness of his shifts. The problem is definetly inside his transmission. Its like the slider is binding some as it engages the synchro, but it still pops into gear. I haven't ever heard it synchro grind but I have felt resistance before it pops into gear when the car is wrapped out. These synchros should grind if they are bad right? Are the forks aluminium or steel on the S? He has a warranty but they wont tear it apart until something is broke, I guess notchy-ness doesn't count.

.... but I have felt resistance before it pops into gear when the car is wrapped out. ....
Is the shifter itself lubricated enough?
Are the nylon bushings still ok?
A broken lower bushing may be your problem..

Just throwing it out there.....
