You have an MY05 AP2, which run leaner stock, so you'll need to run either the GReddy EMU or Hondata Kpro, since the VAFC can't change your fuel tables.
AP1's on the other hand run rich out the gate, so regardless of whatever bolt-on mods are added, the engine won't lean out to the extent AP2's will, thus the VAFC is a cheap way of adding power to AP1's.

To add to what Chris said above, MAP based piggy-backs like the VAFC and NEO are only usefull for leaning out the fuel misture (removing fuel), which is only beneficial for AP1's.

To the OP, I'm in a similar predicament. I have an EMU, but I haven't tuned my car yet since it's in storage for winter, but once winter thaws out, I will be putting the OEM cat back on until I get the car tuned. From what I understand, the TP is the primary source of leaning beyond safe parameters under WOT, so stay off of WOT, and replace the TP with a cat and you should be fine for the time being. Get a wideband if you want to know for sure.
The tuning plan is to leave timing as it is and just change the fuel tables to balance out the air/fuel mixture.
Edit - Sorry, didn't know you already got your car tuned. Nice numbers.

My setup is the AEM V2/Berk Header/Berk TP/HKS Exhaust
I'll think Im fine betting on her for a couple months until I pick this up, my setup isnt the freest flowing out there, so maybe a bit more lean, but nothing thats going to hurt. I'll just reset my ECU, let it idol for 20 min, shut it down then beat on it to set the fuel rails higher.
I hope to have this in the next couple months.

This is a smart system that reacts to how your car is performing.

I believe Holleyroller closed - their last tuning session was in Atlanta a few weeks ago. They will not be selling their products anymore. However, you can find one in the FS section every once in a while (it's pretty rare). You just happen to be in luck, since I recall seeing one not long ago. I believe it's still available.

Also, resetting your ECU will only affect your open loop fuel adjustment, so once you go 1/4 throttle, your ECU will switch to closed loop and follow the fuel tables. Essentially, resetting your ECU won't help you out. Further, the ECU learns fast - I've read the ECU will adjust within 20 minutes of driving after a reset.

Hahaha I think that thread has ended. I made the mistake of thinking it was still on, but it was dug up from the past and I got suckered into following it.
His site is still up...? I would buy one if he was still selling. I might just have to give them a call and see whats good.
And thanks for the tip on the ECU.
