i examined the clutch slave cylinder
i disconnected it from the tranny area so that's the fork can move freely.
is it normal for the fork to move free? it's moving up and down about 3mm to be exact and back and forth about a centimeter..

it will have a little play! a few mm, u wont be able engage the pressure plate by hand.
