I can't get my knob off
A couple of months ago I bought a new shift knob and I glued it on with blue loc tite around the thread. Now I want to switch back to my stock one and the damn thing wont come off....anybody know how to remove this without damaging the shift lever?

Blue loc-tite should break loose eventually, you may need to bang on it (cover it with something and you may be able to bang the loc-tite loose) or you could try heat (loc-tite says it needs to be heated up to 500 deg. though )
I had a simliar problem with my HT bolts that were lock tite'd on after a while they finally broke loose (but it was a major PITA )
Good Luck

LOL..."I cant get my knob off" Get some Viagra dude!
Anyway, I got an ARC knob a while back, and I never loctited it, and for some reason I cant get my SHIFT knob off now. I guess I'll try banging my knob a little.
Thanks for the input guys
