Its just the customer service I have received, it seems as i was being interrogated for a crime after clearing explaining the situation, and i have gotten multiple reps over a 1 week period. its just nerve racking

they want to handle the engine claim first because it happened before the vandalism.. and the price to repair already almost totals the vehicle based on the estimates by Honda.
