If it's clicking and everything is lighting up bright you probably locked up the motor. As s2000maniac said, there's a high probability that you snapped a rod and got it wedged in there nice and tight.
I would do as others have stated and try and put a 19mm socket on the crank and see if you can rotate the engine with a ratchet. If not, it's toast.

Still water runs deep. It's not worth it if you get heavy rains or if the streets flood easy even after a light to moderate rain. Some CAI cost hp so if you DD the car its best to keep the filter up high too to avoid Hydro-locking your engine.

Worth is always highly subjective. We get a lot of rain down here and plenty run with CAI's. It's up to each to determine and evaluate the risks and acceptable courses of action.
