Unfortunately this is a scene that repeats itself everywhere. I used to work at a shop where some general service techs would torque wheels with the gun past 170lbs of torque, only to see the same car on a flatbed next week with a flat tire because the driver could not get the wheel off with the hand tool. Go figure!
