how to undo axle nut?

Put some grease on the flange of the (new or you could swap nuts too to get a fresh stake) nut facing the hub when you put it back.
(According to the TSB - the one that mentioned the updated torque of 220 lb/ft.)
Another TSB suggests to put silicone compound (whatever that is.. grease or kit?) in the red circle.
To eliminate any axle click in the future.

this is ridiculous, ive changed wheel bearings many times before and never had a nut like this..
I tried the power-bar.. didnt do much..
next im going to try a better impact wrench
and if that fails get some pipe to extend my breaker bar to about 3m long.

wow thats crazy, whats the rating of your impact wrench? I used an electric one rated at 240 i believe and it popped it right off. ANyways, yours might b seized or what not, good luck though

My ingersoll could take care of that nut.. You should take it to a shop and see if one of the mechanics could take a shot at it w/ their gun.. if it comes loose, give them $5 or something.. That's what I would do if I tried my all and could not budge that bish..
