how to safely use test pipe?

Where is this fuse located and which # is it? I looked for it in the fuse diagrams in the owners manual but no luck, is it called something different in there?

I have been driving around now for about a year or so with my test pipe. The CEL has been on the whole time, and it doesn't bother me or the car.....Oh and it has a very distinguishing smell that it has no converter. But if you put some leaded racing gas in it, it smells AND looks good. (white exhaust from the lead)
