Hijack - I have my ABS light on and I know that one of my rear ABS sensors is the problem but i dont know which one. I called honda and to have them read it with their PGM tester its $102 just to tell me which sensor is bad!
Is there another way to determine that? I dont think that a regular ODB II reader will do. I have the service manual but of course its resolution is to test it with the PGM tool.
to the OP - I recently installed an after market wheel, and got a little ahead of myself and turned the ignition on before i had the resistor in, so....it tripped the SRS light. The SRS (along with the ABS I believe) will NOT reset with an ECU reset or code clear like a regular CEL would. I found a procedure in the serive manual to clear it and im guessing there is something similar for the ABS code IF infact your abs system is working and there is no reason to trip a code.

From another thread:
An example of the jumper trick:

(Yes this is the same for an s2000)
I think this trick may only work up until MY05.
So follow the directions in the service manual for the SCS method of retrieving or clearing ABS DTC. Instead of using the PGM-Tester use a jumper wire or paperclip for that step and jump PIN9 to PIN4 on the DLC. Make sure you get the PINs right.
Good luck.
If you have an ABS, SRS, EPS DTC it can not only be retrieved using the jumper "blinky" trick, they can also be cleared. With the exception of an SRS DTC which is cleared via MES connector. Basically anywhere in the helms manual where it say's to use PGM Tester SCS method it say's to connect the PGM-Tester and use it to jump the SCS to ground, well when you do the jumper "blinky" trick you are jumping PIN9 (the SCS wire brown) to a ground PIN4. It is the same thing as connecting the PGM-Tester and having it ground the SCS for you.
