How to open these wire brackets / holders?

Default How to open these wire brackets / holders?
Does anyone have experience opening the wire brackets / holders? I didn't see an obvious way to do it.

I'd like to open these up so I can install a new loom. The existing one is old and disintegrating.

There should be tabs you can insert a screw drivers to unlock it, then it should open up.
