mobil 1 0W-30 full syn every 7500 miles with oem filter. Small top offs every few tanks of gas top keep the oil level near the full mark on the stick. I'm telling you guys, if BMw, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi can go friggin up to 20K miles on oil changes with *true* oil life monitoring systems, our S2K surely can go 7.5K on full syn with fresh adds every month.
