yeah.......it's in the S2000 Owners Manual (2003)

It recommends either a change @ 120K miles or 96 months.......whichever comes first.

That is for the 2004 and up models. The 2000 and 2001-2003 have different mileages to change the MTF.

yes

GM synchromesh friction modified is certainly better than the old honda MTF. don't know about the new. I change every 15k miles since it starts to get really notchy.

For the diff I use LE607 in the warm months, and mobil1 75w90. I change it frequently

can I get the LE607 at like pep boys or kargen or do I have to order online. I haven't change my diff fluid yet and will do it this weekend if I can find it.

I dont believe pep boys carries LE607, thats something ur more than likely going to have to order off the internet.
