yea i've heard mixed reviews, none bad though... the general idea that i got from my research was the gm synchro mesh helped a lot of people with the "notchy" feeling when shifting but the feeling came back after 5000+ miles or so. plus a lot of the people who complained about the notchy feeling were shifting while the tranny was cold...so i dunno what they were expecting.
everyone who uses the new honda mtf said the crunchy feeling went away too.. and red line made it go away etc etc.. so basically, i think its all the same more or less it just depends how often you change it that makes the real difference. the fresher the fluid the better. i switched to the new honda mtf and it helped my notchiness go away even when cold (still there, but much less).

hmmmmm...ok......Well I can go to the dealer and have my friend hook me up on that. I need to change the washers everytime also right? I need to find the diff fluid locally.
