I autocross my car heavily, so I change all the fluids once a season, before it gets stored for the winter. Typically about 6,500 miles.

i second the mobil 1 synthetic 75w90. I have tried redline (sucks) penzoil, purple, etc...Mobil 1 out everything worked the best for em. Came out nice and clean. I tried LE607 but its too hard to get. Almost every pepboys, autozone has 75w90

Last time I changed the diff fluid, I picked up a bottle of Bel-Ray Gear Saver at the local motorcycle shop. It is a GL5, SAE 90w. I haven't heard of anyone else using this, but it meets the OEM specs.

with the new sae specifications...

wouldn't the old 90w spec now be 110w?

so wouldn't the 75w90 users need at least 75w110?

Once per year which averages out to about 21k miles since I have owned it. I will do my last LE607 change as I will be going back to Mobile1.

My car is a daily driver that gets autocross'd at least twice per month year round. Clock will hit 100k next week.
