Default How much coolant should be the radiator?

I have the stock radiator. I opened the cap last night and it was full of coolant all the way uo to the bottom of the filler neck. Is this correct, or is there too much coolant in my radiator?

If your coolant reservoir is filled to the proper level, you shouldn't ever have any air in your radiator. When the car heats up, some amount of coolant will be released into the reservoir, and when it cools back down, some amount of coolant will be sucked back out of the reservoir. When this happens, any air should be automatically replaced by coolant.

As you have a MY'00, isn't it almost time to flush that baby out and put in new?
