as the title states.
i just did it my 2nd time today on my way to work. both of them were from 3rd to 2nd. im so pissed. nothing seems to be wrong yet.
maybe i should take it in to the dealership for a checkup?

Once. ON TRACK!! 
two years ago. And I am still traumatized from the experience. I changed my shifting style to this and it seems help reduce the error.
