Damn, Matt. Sorry to hear it. Sounds like something (perhaps many things) was wrong with it really from the git-go. I hope you can get this stuff repaired. Definitely see if you can get a sit down with the district service manager in your area.

Ugh.

I agree that SOME of the symptoms could be caused by an out of balance, or bent wheel, but not all of these things. He says that it creaks when driving into his driveway.

I wish it was a tire/wheel balance issue. That was the first thing we tried back at about 4000 miles. I had new tires, different wheels, and I went to different shops to have them balanced and rebalanced. The only thing left to replace in the drivetrain is the transmission and driveshaft.

Did I say I hate this car?

I'm not a wrench, but what about the tranny? Has it been looked at? I should say also that just because the dealership says they replaced something doesn't mean they actually did. Did you verify they actually changed everything they said they did?

I'm no wrench either, but let's put it this way... If the car doesn't sit right and level, WTF??? Shouldn't that be an easy thing to diagnose and fix -- immediately?

part of the problem may be the dealership. some places to great work, some terrible. if you have the option of visiting another dealership nearby, i'd try that. this is true of any make car dealership - all mechanics are human.

So sorry to hear man, I'd agree with trying to work your way up the chain of command and try to speak with your district manager or something.

Any updates?
