Default how hard is it to swap rear diffs or pumpkins??
hey guys

got a great chance to pick up some 4.77 off a local guy who is trading his car in.. (very generious offer FREE) https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...threadid=131631

any advice for swapping the rear diffs and what's needed if we just swap the pumpkins?

Long handle wrenches are nice to remove the flange bolts and you do need to pull the axle nuts and pull the axles back. You don't need any parts. You may want to PM Vapors2k, he has done it about 8 times.

follow the helms service manual on removing the differential. not hard and only special tool you need is a ball joint seperator.
