Default How to glue amber side markers back onto the car without damaging the paint?

Hey guys,

When I got out of my car yesterday, I found that the driver side amber side marker popped out. The issue was that the front plastic spring clip was broken so that when I pushed it in, I could only use the other end to lock the side marker. When I hit some bumps or potholes, it could pop out..

So is there a way or a product for me to stick/glue that amber side marker back to the car body, firmly, without damaging the car paint? (I don't wanna buy a new pair.)

Thanks!

clear silicone sealant will rub right off the paint easy. don't go to town and glob it all over though.

i've used it in automotive applications with good success.

The clear side lights look better to me and are "JDM, baby!" Put yellow LEDs in the clear versions, or white LEDs inside the orange, and you'll never need to remove them again.

But isn't it inconsistent for a BB with amber headlight and clear side? XD

Make sure you install them with the arrows facing forward. Or you'll break them again.
