Can't see first picture, is that the front upper bushing?
Looks like you got a cracked weld there which is not to uncommon on tracked AP1 cars, the bushings though I don't think are very prone to fail.

The second picture on the right side of the bushing, there's a little rubber nip or tab, look at it, if it's torn the bushing needs to be replaced. They often tear when new suspension is installed and the car is lowered. Often it's because the person ignored or forgot to clock the bushings to the new ride height. If the car is lowered and the bushings are not clocked to the new ride height they'll be in a constant state of tension, until they finally give in and tear.
