The motor would still perform better with ITB's and cooler air being routed in using an exisitng CAI (regardless if it's Mugen or not) than it would if the ITB's didn't have any fresh air coming into the engine bay.

I would save my money and not buy all that JDM bull and invest my money is one of these:

well I was referring to a pure NA setup......I personally run a turbo setup.... and I think its the most bang for the buck. But for people that prefer to be NA than I think the above is the best and CHEAPEST option.....
